Eric Wohlwend Bio

Eric Wohlwend is a husband, father of two incredible boys and has been a full-time Real Estate Investor since 2003. He has repositioned over a thousand units and still controls hundreds of single & multi-family residential properties.

Eric was published in Business Innovators Magazine and has written multiple #1 Best-selling books, including “Family Success Triangle.” He has spoken to thousands of people all over the US, Canada, and Mexico, is the past president of the Alliance Property Owner’s group, and has been on the board of multiple Real Estate Investment Associations (REIA’s).

Eric has used millions of private money to finance many real estate types, including multi-family units, single-family homes, storefronts, mobile home parks, storage facilities, and part of an airport and an aviation company. Using what he teaches, both his kids started buying real estate when they were seven years old without any money or credit from their parents. He is also a pilot, skydiver, SCUBA diver, and a life member of the VFW.
