Fellas, I’m truly excited to welcome Nik Hulewsky to the show today.
Nik is a husband, father and accomplished entrepreneur who’s successfully sold multiple businesses and is now focused on sharing his journey and experiences with others.
In this show, you’ll gain insights into the mental models that have fueled Nik’s business achievements, including the four strategic factors he uses to evaluate potential business acquisitions.
I ask a follow up question about how his business models have helped him be a better parent.
We take a look at his weekly calendar and how he invests his time, and with what people, to drive revenue without giving up his family focus.
We also discussed the importance of knowing yourself before making big decisions, and how curiosity has become his super power.
Nik shares heartfelt stories about his unique upbringing, the influence of his immigrant father, and how those experiences shaped his approach to business and family, which leads us to unpacking how he teaches his kids to be thinkers.

Nik Hulewsky Bio
I’m a husband, father, entrepreneur, investor and creator. I’m the CoFounder of CoFounder.com where we team up with other entrepreneurial minded people and turn ideas into reality.
I also love problem solving, helping people and having fun. My experience is broad; from working as an Executive in Home Health and Hospice to owning and operating companies across multiple industries, including healthcare, e-commerce, and crypto.
I’ve had multiple 7-figure exits — and, in the spirit of full transparency, an equal number of 7-figure lessons learned (losses). I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California in Economics, an MBA from UCLA and have been married for almost 16 years, with 4 boys at home ages 10, 7, 4 and 2.

FRD is solving a huge problem for dads. Our culture has turned “Dad” into a joke. Go ahead, google Dad and you’ll find Dad Bod, Dad Jokes, Dad Weed, etc. Culturally, it’s a Homer Simpson mentality, and it’s BS.
Our community is built for solid men. Men with range. Those who are badass, and know there’s still more to learn, together.
Most guys find it hard to find “their crew.” Finding other committed men, who are successful in life, and want to put family first – these guys are rare. Is this you?
In FRD, hundreds of men from all over the world show up for each other, to share resources and raise the bar of fatherhood (our core values.)
If you’re reading this, you want to grow. Podcasts are great, but guys… when you’re ready to stop just listening to content, and want to JOIN the conversations – the FRD brotherhood is ready for you.
One more thing…
