About This Event

For generations, women have largely navigated perimenopause without men being meaningfully included in the conversation. On October 8, we’re changing that.

If you love a woman in her 30s, 40s, or 50s, there’s a good chance perimenopause is already part of — or will become part of — your relationship.

And most men were never taught what that actually means.

It’s more than hot flashes. More than hormones. And more than something she should have to figure out on her own.

You Don’t Need to Become an Expert

You just need a better understanding of what may be happening.

Perimenopause can affect sleep, mood, energy, focus, physical comfort, desire, intimacy, and the way a woman feels in her own body – for starters.

When neither partner understands what’s happening, those changes can be confusing – and easy to personalize.

This conversation is a chance to understand more, ask better questions, and become a more informed partner to the woman you love.

No shame. No blame. No expectation that you become her doctor.

Just an opportunity to show up better through a season likely neither of you have been prepared for.

The Deep Dive

What You Will Experience

What Every Man Should Understand About Perimenopause

In this live conversation, Dr. Heather Hirsch will help us unpack:

What’s actually happening.
What perimenopause is, when it can begin, how long it can last, and why it’s about a whole lot more than hot flashes.

What you may not be seeing.
Sleep. Energy. Brain fog. Mood. Anxiety. Physical changes. Desire and intimacy. What can be happening beneath the surface – even when neither of you realizes perimenopause is part of the picture.

What men tend to misunderstand.
Why changes in connection, communication, or intimacy can be easy to personalize – and what might be worth understanding before you do.

What support actually looks like.
Not fixing. Not diagnosing. Becoming more informed, asking better questions, listening differently, and knowing how to stand beside her as she navigates her own health. And the practical ways to make a real difference in her daily life.

And the questions you actually want to ask.
We’re leaving plenty of room for live Q&A – including the questions you may not feel comfortable asking anywhere else; again, this room is men only.

This Room Is Intentionally for Men

Dr. Hirsch will be the only woman in the room.

This isn’t another webinar to throw on in the background. At Front Row Dads, we gather men with intention – even online.

Camera on, notifications off. Stationary when possible. Fully present.

Come ready to listen, learn, connect with other men, and ask the questions you may never have known how, or where, to ask. We’ll start with a short conversation between the men in the room, hear directly from Dr. Hirsch, and leave plenty of space for open Q&A.

This isn’t content to consume. It’s a conversation to show up for.
